Pamela Denise Anderson was born July 1, 1967 on Vancouver Island, Canada. Her family is of Finnish and Dutch ancestory. Her first real taste of fame began when she gained recognition as the first Canadian baby born on Centennial Day in 1967.
 Years later, when she was attending a British Columbia Lions football game with her friends, she was discovered when the stadium’s wide screen captured her image. Because she was wearing a Labatt’s Beer t-shirt at the time, the Labatt Beer company soon signed her to a commercial contract where she became their 'Blue Zone girl'.
Since then, she has appeared a record 11 times on the cover which is more than any other Playboy model can claim. Her recognition from Playboy magazine soon launched her career even further into the television industry. She appeared as Lisa, the Tool Time Girl on Home Improvement in 1991 for 2 seasons. She later simultaneously acquired the role of C.J. Parker on Baywatch. In 1995 Pamela Anderson shocked the world by marrying Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee in Cancun Mexico. Together they have 2 children, Brandon and Dylan who were both born at home with the help of a midwife. Tommy Lee and Pamela were later divorced in 1998.  Pamela began dating Kid Rock in 2001. They were married in 2006 but divorced four months later.
Later she was reunited with Tommy Lee when she was diagnosed with Hepatitus C. which she contracted from sharing a needle with him for a tattoo.
 Pamela Anderson has continued her successful career by appearing in several movies and television shows such as Barb Wire, VIP, Stripperella and Stacked.
She is also well known for her active involvement as a spokesmodel for PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals).
