1. Lay out your scarf flat on a table or work area.
2. Tie a knot on each corner and leave about 7 inches of material at the end of each knot. So now you have a pouch.
3. Then take each corner with the knots and with the excess 7 inches of material, tie 2 of them together on each side which will be the straps.
